*the fresh aroma of coffee wakes every sense in the body. Today is a day of celebration so it may take an extra cup or two to enjoy this occasion.*
One year ago today, I decided to put together a small blog about cards and coffee.
I wasn't sure how often I would post on this blog or how long I would keep it, but I have "chugged" on so far and have no plans at this point of stopping the brew from percolating.
The content that I put on this blog takes me a lot of time as I go back and edit every post until I am happy enough to hit publish on it. Which is why I can't put a post a day up on here as I don't have hours a day to give up. I am okay with that though as I would rather have better content over amount of posts any day.
*takes a sip before continuing on with the celebration*
Since today is the "birthday" of this blog, you can't have a birthday without cake....or coffee for that matter. So I grabbed a Whoopie Pie for this celebration..
They sell these at a local restaurant that serves similar food as a Chipotle in burritos and burrito bowls. It actually is our Chipotle since we don't have one here or many restaurants that most of you are probably accustomed to.
I have had a couple of these before including the maple version, but the chocolate by far surpasses that one.
*takes a sip, begins to rip...open!*
*takes a couple of bites, takes a couple more sips. Sooooooooooooooooooo good*
Before I close out today, I want to thank those of you who come here to read my ramblings and sips their morning brew along with me.
