Is this the post of the year?
Probably not. But who knows.
That will be left in the hands of you, the voters, when you vote in the Nachos Grande blog End Of The Year awards.
I already voted, and no, I didn't vote for this blog once. Because I would rather leave that in the hands of you guys. I don't need my vote to try and win Blog Of The Year. If it happens, it's because of you. You are the ones who read this.
Though it would take a monumental upset to take down the 3x champ Night Owl Cards. But he is the legend in these parts.
But anything can happen, and it can only happen if you take the few seconds to vote. There are also no long lines, no missing ballots, no questionable people running and you can vote for cards and for blogs. Or one or the other. It's up to you!
Not to mention, you can do it from the comfort of your home with a cup of coffee like I did.
*sips away*
So, take a second and vote for your favorites HERE and don't forget to check back in and read Nachos Grande blog to see the results of your voting.
Have a great rest of your Saturday.
*Coffee Card Blogger Out*
Unfortunately, I didn't have any coffee to drink while voting, but did indeed cast my ballot. I'd never done it before, but it's a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI think from the second I entered the card-blogging world Night Owl was there being popular 😂
He has been popular for awhile and I believe is the longest tenured one left.
DeleteI have been around for 12 years.
I cast a ballot earlier today. I didn't save my entry. I cleaned the coffee pot today and just brewed the first pot for tomorrow. Have a great Sunday.
ReplyDeleteHave a good one
DeleteWhen it comes to blogging, Night Owl is the GOAT. He was one of the bloggers that inspired me to start writing. That being said... there are a plenty of amazing card bloggers out there... and definitely a handful that deserve honorary mention. Yours is one of them. Best of luck though. But seeing anyone take him down would be a bigger upset than Buster Douglas beating Mike Tyson.
ReplyDeleteExactly and thanks!
DeleteI don't ever participate in these sorts of things, as I don't like the idea of pitting bloggers against each other. I know that it's supposed to all be in fun, but the number of active bloggers seems to be decreasing almost by the week, and I'd hate to play a part in pushing someone else away; lest they get upset over not being voted for and decide to quit. I know that that's highly unlikely, but one never knows these days how strongly people feel about certain things.
ReplyDeleteI completely get this. These days people are easily offended. I grew up tough, still an. I will stay on regardless of results. I would and at this point still am leaning towards retirement on the 5th anniversary since it's been too hard to keep up with this and life
