With paperwork all submitted, school textbooks ordered, and life calming down for a few days, I thought I would get some posts up before September 2nd when everything begins to ramp up and I won't have time to post on here.

Unfinished Cup:1995 Pro Line Classic Autographs
Today, I am doing a quick-simple post asking again for any assistance on a set chase.
And this is a major one.
I decided to start chasing the 1995 Pro Line autographs set because the checklist is full of fun and interesting players from the 90's.
The set consists of 170 cards, but with a few variations on some of the players, I really only want to chase one of each player. I believe there is 120-130 overall or so.
At the point of this post, I have 38 of them. Which seems like a lot, but I still have miles to go.
Do I expect to finish this set? Nope. The big names will hurt me. Do I expect to put my best effort into doing this? Yes, absolutely.
You can find the needs here (needs in white)
If you or anyone you know has some collecting dust and don't want them, let me know and drop me an email to sportcardcollectors@hotmail.com
Thanks for reading today and hope to see you back again soon...with a cup of coffee in hand.

Unfinished Cup:1995 Stadium Club Ground Attack
Okay, I am going to admit, when I think about 30 years ago, I am putting myself in the 1970's.
The harsh reality is that 30 years ago was the 1990's.
So, when I think back to my favorite years of the hobby 1995-1999, it's hard to comprehend how long ago that was now.
Which makes it even harder when a set like the one that pops up for today's post and feels like it just came out yesterday.
BUT IT'S BEEN 30 YEARS.
I am feeling old or as some of my family and friends joke, I am old.
The other sad part is that I have many sets just like the one today that I haven't finished up yet even after the thirty years. I feel like it's finally time to do that.
And it starts with this one.
Especially since that set only has one card to go.
I am not sure why I haven't added this card yet. Maybe was hoping a reader had an extra copy to help me finish this or maybe because of my old age I forgot that I am only one away. Either way, this needs to be completed.
Let me know your thoughts on this set in comments.
Hope everyone has a great evening.

Unfinished Cup:1995 Summit Ground Zero Football
It has become apparent that I am not very good at remembering things, after updating my Set Needs tab on here, I began looking for new Unfinished Cups to feature and for some reason I found I doubled up on a few of the ones I already did.
Ooops! That won't happen again.
This parallel is 1995 Summit Ground Zero which was found 1:7 packs of 1995 Summit football. The base card design for Summit was one of my favorites of the 90's and still ranks easily in my Top 10 for base designs.
So, we top that off with a cool looking parallel, one of my very first parallels to pull, and you have a chase.
I have come so close over the years, and I think and feel like it's time to finish up this bad boy. It's not every day you finish up a 200-card parallel set.
First, it's walking into a room and forgetting why I was in there and now it's publishing the same blog posts twice.
My forgetful 40's are kicking in.
Now you probably ask, why bother posting them when you already have them in your Set Needs Tab. Well, that's because I find that featuring them in a post may help get them the reach I need and hopefully someone will be able to help fill those needs.
Because I know not everyone clicks on the tabs to check them out and my set needs may never get out there to be seen otherwise.
I will say by posting them, I have had some help over the years, so I know these posts are useful.
So, let's get on with today's before I forget what it was.

Thanks for reading, thanks in advance on any help and hope you brought your coffee.

The Three Blog Mailings
With so much to catch up on, I have been using nighttime to get some blogging done and trying to keep pace with what I have to get posted. The only problem with this is that I am using the little bit of free time I have to do this. Which means blogging is taking place of sorting cards or playing a game of Madden.
As I get caught up, I will have to find a better balance so I can enjoy all three downtime things.
But here I am until then.
When I took a couple months off in the fall, which by the way was a nice refresher, I struggled with getting mail days which led to no content to post about and led to thoughts of retirement from blogging.
Things started to change in December as my mailbox found quite a few mainly from bloggers, former bloggers and possible future bloggers.
Like Crocodile Sports Cards who I won a football prize pack from his contest.
Some examples to follow,
(absolutely adore this card)
Thanks Croc!
Then there was a very generous mail day from The Diamond King that arrived pretty fast despite how slow the mail was around the holidays,
A Trout for my player PC
Shiny!
Then came the eye candy of an Shohei Ohtani rookie! Pretty stoked to add this one.
Thanks DK!
And finally, Johnny's Trading Spot saw my comment on one of his recent posts
About this Keenan McCardell and how I didn't have it for my set chase. Guess what, the always generous guy sent it my way. Now I can cross this one off! With this addition, I now have 36 of the 120 or so autographs. I am not sure I will ever be able to tackle the big boys but would be fun to try and get close. Here is my list of needs if you are curious or have some help for me:1995 Pro Line Autographs
Thanks as always Johnny!
This is just the beginning of the fun mail days I have to share.
Hope everyone has a fantastic Friday! I have basketball practice tonight to prep for our first game tomorrow so I know I will have a great one...and busy one.

Go Go Power Rangers!
*sits down, cards in hand, laptop open and ready for words. coffee brewing and making the room smell heavenly..it's time for Cards Over Coffee*
Every Tuesday, @TGNCards puts up a non-sports Twitter thread which gets a lot of traction weekly. Usually, the thread is made up of a lot of WWE and Star Wars and people looking to sell, but occasionally, I find a diamond in the rough that catches my eye.
@simplycards11 had posted some Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cards available from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie and I was immediately interested. As many of you know, I am a Mighty Morphin geek growing up watching and trying to always be a Power Ranger.
So, I contacted him, and we quickly made a trade.
Not only was I able to acquire the cards he had posted, but I also landed others and a couple unopened packs too! This might be a situation where I open one and keep one sealed. This will be apart of a future Throwback Thursday post.
This is the card stack I received. It's a good start towards a set chase but most of the stack I had to acquire my favorite Rangers first.
Tommy is my all-time favorite Ranger both as the Green and White Ranger. RIP Jason David Frank.
My first Crush. You never forget your first. She also looks like this now still.
Lord Zedd who is my favorite antagonist of the Rangers. He looks cool and is very powerful.
Thanks again to @simplycards11 for the trade. Hope we can do this again and help get me more cards towards my set.
*takes a sip before finishing up today's post*
One card for this post I have been waiting to show off is this one..
Seems like a perfect fit for this blog. It will be featured on the side of the blog like other cards that feature coffee.
Have a great Thursday and have a nice cup of brew with me and Ivan Ooze.

Hospital Coffee
2024 has been brutal for me.
First, I injured my shoulder which led to a broken bone and a bruised bone/rotator cuff. From there, it has been rolling down a cliff. My car got backed into, my uncle passed away, my septic backed into my house, everyone in my household has been sick and now the latest was yesterday's early morning visit to the ER.
On top of everything else, I was buckled in pain soon after waking up on my left side yesterday morning and knew that I had to go to the ER with a suspected kidney stone. Which was confirmed once I had blood work and a Catscan done. The stone is 5x3mm and most likely won't come out on its own. So, this most likely means a fun journey to having multiple surgeries to remove it. The first surgery is to put a stent in place that I will have to stay in for a week or two, then the second surgery will be to retrieve the stone and stent. I have had this procedure done the last six stones I have had. Only once I was I able to pass one.
This means there is a long road ahead. Along with the kidney stone finding on the Catscan, there was also an umbilical hernia spotted as well. That will most likely need to be fixed with surgery later on, I will need to discuss with my surgeon first.
I cannot countdown to the end of this year fast enough. I didn't expect it to kick off like this.
At least I have the hobby to fall back onto when I need an escape.....and coffee.
Like this latest Emmitt Smith add to my 1995 Zenith Z-Team set chase. This is now my fourth towards the seventeen-card set thanks to another trade with @levy2628.
If you have any I don't and want to PWE trade, let me know! Always up for trading. Here is my spreadsheet of needs HERE.
Hope everyone has a great Monday. I will hopefully have more cards to post about soon and more updates on my journey with my health.

Cafe Trade #3 2024: @levy2628
Coffee, Cards, Blogging. A fun way to kick off my Sunday....or any day.
Today I am showing off my third trade of 2024 and it happens to be my second trade with @levy2628.And once again, my trade with @levy2628 brought a variety of fun cards.
Let's see what was sent this time.
*takes a sip*
Clarence Birdseye. I bet you can't guess what he is connected to....yup...he was known as the founder of the frozen food industry including you guessed it, Birds Eye.
Clarence Birdseye. I bet you can't guess what he is connected to....yup...he was known as the founder of the frozen food industry including you guessed it, Birds Eye.
If only he had created Frozen Coffee.
X-Ray Allen and Ginter base. Who doesn't want an X-Ray rookie card? Especially someone like me who has had plenty of them in my lifetime.
Always wanted one of these. Next up on my want list is the 2012 Allen Ginter People Of The Bible Jesus.
1995 Zenith Z-Team Sterling Sharpe. This is my next set chase now that I finished 1996. I will do a separate post on this in Unfinished Cup soon.
I am glad now to have three of the autographs from Spider-Man Homecoming and hope to add more from it and other Marvel ones as well.
Thanks again to @levy2628 for the trade. We have actually just finished another one recently so he could become Trade #4 as well.
*takes a sip before finishing up today's post*
I am always welcoming trades for Marvel cards like the ones above or the 1995 Zenith Z-Team needs. Maybe one of you will become the next Trade on my countdown.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday full of coffee and card happiness.

Miscellaneous
Coffee is hot, the cards are hotter. So, let's get ready for a new Cards Over Coffee.
I know the title for today's post is a little lame, but, what else could I have called this post? It's a bunch of miscellaneous mail days that I need to catch up on posting about.
It simply stating a fact.
Another fact I want to state is how generous Crocodile Sports Cards Blog is. I know I am not the only one to say this. This is roughly the second or third time he has sent something cool my way.
He sent along this really cool non-sport set.
TV's Coolest Classics. A lot of these shows I remember watching with my grandmother who meant the world to me. She played a big part of my life and upbringing.
So, these cards hold a special place in my heart. Hot Dog!
Thanks Croc!
Up next, another one of my crazy ideas....I want to chase the 1995 Pro Line Classic autograph set. This would by far be the biggest chase of my life.
I know I won't be able to do it all, especially with a few of the big names on there, but it would be fun to try right? If any of you have any...PLEASE CONTACT ME below or sportcardcollectors@hotmail.com!!
I have plenty of stamps and trade bait. Always ready to trade!
The next card, well...a new one for my 2011 Topps American Pie Set.
This was one of the toughest ones to find so far and now I have it. Think I am down to 10 more to completion on this set. See what I need HERE.
The next card is one of my other silly chases, pumpkin faces.
This is the only one I have but I will take any others!
And finally, I got my Griffey groove back thanks to seeing some of Shane from Cheap Wax Wednesday's additions to his collection.
So I snagged these,
This Titanic Taters is such a sweet card! Probably my favorite of the group.
Always looking for more Griffeys! Here is my SPREADSHEET so you can see if you have any I need!
Well, that does it for all my miscellaneous fun.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday of football. Last night's game was great, hoping today's two matches that one! I know I don't plan to go anywhere today as we are in the single digits. It's a good day of football and coffee.
Til the next cup,
